Worcester Impact provides in-home mentorship to fathers and their families, offering consistent, relationship-based support that strengthens parenting confidence and caregiving capacity. Mentors work alongside families to address daily challenges, set goals, and support positive family functioning.Mentorship is individualized and responsive, allowing mentors to adjust support based on each family’s needs, strengths, and circumstances. By providing consistent in-home presence and guidance, Worcester Impact supports fathers as active caregivers and partners, reinforcing positive family routines, communication, and stability over time.
Economic Stability
Economic stability is closely connected to family well-being and positive outcomes for children. Worcester Impact works with fathers and their families to address practical barriers that impact employment, income, and household functioning. Our approach recognizes that economic challenges often intersect with caregiving responsibilities, systems involvement, and access to resources.We assist families in identifying employment goals, navigating workforce and benefit systems, and addressing obstacles that may affect financial consistency. This includes support around job readiness, referrals to workforce programs, and connection to community-based resources that promote economic security.Clinical Partnership
